It’s been a long week, perhaps you’ve been on a long flight, carried a ton of luggage and your back hurts. Or maybe you haven’t been sleeping well and you woke up with a painful, tight area. Or, you just may be in the mood for some hot oil and talented hands all over your body.
I practice a blend of Swedish and Esalen styles designed to be very relaxing and release tensions. My hands are very strong and I can be firm but my personal style in massage is not the “meat tenderizer” type of massage. If your experience with massage falls under the category of “if I don’t go home bruised, I didn’t get my money’s worth” then you will find I work very differently. You are warmly invited to try my style—you won’t be disappointed.
I have a massage studio in my home, a great table, a comfortable and private environment, and a relaxed personal style. I usually use a non-greasy, unscented grape seed oil—it’s very light and completely absorbed into the skin. By request, I also work with lightly scented oils, massage cream, or cornstarch.
The Bad News: I’ve closed my practice temporarily while relocating. I’m only seeing friends these days and just to keep in practice.
